Brunch Club Dry Red 2023

Imagine a shimmering summer’s day, al fresco dining and flowery breezes. In pairing these nuances, the Brunch Club personifies our exploration of ethereal wine style. Designed as refreshing accompaniments to friendly gatherings, they’re deft, fresh and are best served chilled, with brunch.

This Brunch Club Dry Red 2022 blend is composed of Syrah and Grenache noir. The vineyards were harvested earlier in the season, in order to best capture the bright and youthful flavours characteristic of a true brunch wine.

The Syrah was pressed gently, allowed to settle overnight and moved to aged French oak for fermentation. The Grenache noir fermented in whole bunches for twelve days, before pressing to aged French oak. In both components, maturation lasted six months, on fine lees, before blending and bottling.
