Brunch Club Dry White 2023

Imagine a shimmering summer’s day, al fresco dining and flowery breezes. In pairing these nuances, the Brunch Club personifies our exploration of ethereal wine style. Designed as refreshing accompaniments to friendly gatherings, they’re deft, fresh and are best served chilled, with brunch.

This Brunch Club Dry White 2023 wine is composed of Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat d'Alexandrie, Semillon and Viognier. The components were harvested earlier in the season, in order to best capture the bright and youthful flavours characteristic of a true brunch wine.

Half of the components were pressed gently, allowed to settle overnight and moved to aged French oak for fermentation. The second half, a combination of whole bunches and destemmed fruit, fermented in maceration for twenty-two days, before pressing to aged French oak. In both sets, maturation lasted five months, on fine lees, before blending and bottling.
