Luma is a series of deft wines from cooler-climate origins within the Walker Bay wine district. As a portmanteau of the Latin phrase for moonlight, lumen lunae, Luma celebrates the lunar influences on tides, vines and life within the soil.

This Luma Cabernet franc 2026 wine is sourced from two vineyards within the Walker Bay wine district. Crafted in an energetic, ethereal style, this Cabernet franc is framed by its intense bouquet and vibrant palate.

The fruit was fermented spontaneously, partially in whole bunches, for thirty-one days before being pressed to aged French oak. Maturation lasted six months in aged Burgundian casks. The wine was then blended and bottled, sans fining.
